PPMC is currently seeking a Director General (DG) for Corporate Finance & Regulatory Affairs. The DG will be responsible for managing the company’s financial operations ensuring regulatory compliance and overseeing strategic planning related to corporate finance. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in financial planning budgeting forecasting and analysis as well as experience in cash flow management investment portfolios and risk mitigation strategies. A deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the energy sector is essential.
The position requires a qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAP or an equivalent forum or a Master’s degree in Finance Energy Economics or Business Administration from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission. Applicants should have at least 15 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 3 years in a senior managerial role. The role demands a comprehensive understanding of energy sector dynamics including policies economics markets technologies and private sector participation.
The selected candidate will be offered a contract for an initial period of three years including a four-month probationary period with the possibility of extension based on performance.
