The successful candidate will be part of a team that is equipped with Beckman automation, E411, CZE for proteins, HPLC, and Kryptors for Down service, with Enterprise as the laboratory computer system in use. As a Biomedical Scientist in the Biochemistry team, the post-holder will have the opportunity to work in all sections of Biochemistry, with the possibility of future multidisciplinary working with other Blood Science specialties. The role also includes shift work on a 24/7 rota, working nights, lates, and weekends once competency is achieved. The department prioritizes continuous professional development and offers support for training needs, with a full-time Training Lead in post across Blood Sciences.
