You’ll also have the chance to collaborate with senior leaders across the Trust and deputize for the Chief Pharmacist in various forums. As Deputy Chief Pharmacist, you will be responsible for strategically leading and managing the operational delivery of services by the Pharmacy department. You will provide leadership and development to the pharmacy team, ensuring sustainable delivery of key performance metrics. You’ll also drive the Medicines Optimisation agenda across our wards and clinical areas, working in partnership at a Deputy Chief pharmacist level with the wider Trust, external providers, and system colleagues. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to deputize for the Chief Pharmacist and report to senior Trust leaders and Executives when required NHS Jobs.
