Candidates must have a Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Law, Social Sciences, or Engineering from an accredited institution recognized by HEC, Pakistan. At least 20 years of relevant professional experience at management level positions, including three years at a senior level HR management position, is required. Preference will be given to candidates with higher qualifications, foreign qualifications, membership in professional HR bodies, and experience in corporate restructuring, multinational organizations, or overseas roles. The candidate should be up to 55 years old on the closing date of this advertisement.
The position is based in Lahore, Pakistan, reporting directly to the Managing Director of NTDC. The selected incumbent will work closely with the Board of Directors NTDC and ensure the implementation and monitoring of all HR functions.
