Incorporated on June 16, 2014, under section 42 of the Companies Ordinance 1984, PCMMDC was initially known as the Lahore Division Cattle Market Management Company (LDCMMC) Faisalabad Jobs. It aims to organize, manage, operate, and regulate cattle markets, frame contracts for outsourcing internal services, manage data and records related to the sale and purchase of animals, and provide capacity building and guidance to stakeholders in the cattle market management sector.
PCMMDC transformed when all eight division-level companies were amalgamated into one on April 15, 2021, renaming it to its current designation.
