The mission of the GIRFT (Getting it Right First Time) Midlands team is to identify and reduce unwarranted clinical variation, support the reduction of health inequalities, improve patient access and clinical outcomes, and optimize productivity, ensuring the most effective and efficient use of resources NHS Jobs.

You will be a key member of the Regional GIRFT team supporting the High-Volume Low Complexity (HVLC) agenda and the delivery of efficient outpatient pathways; both of which are at the vanguard of elective recovery. You will have strong links to the GIRFT national clinical leads and other regional HVLC clinical leads, which will provide you with peer support, as well as learning and development opportunities in this role NHS Jobs.
